Educators of K-12 and homeschool students were invited to join us for an online workshop exploring the history of incarceration in Maine. Maine State Museum presented a new packet of educational materials developed for the statewide Freedom & Captivity collaboration. Themed groups of images, artifacts, documents, and audio clips prompt students to investigate the past and present of Maine’s prisons.
